With over 17 years of international, Michelin-level experience, Mykola Chernoivanov is not just a chef—he is a storyteller through food. Born into a family deeply rooted in gastronomy, Mykola’s culinary journey began at just 14 years old and has since evolved across borders, kitchens, and disciplines. 

From haute cuisine in London’s finest establishments to private yachts on the Aegean Sea, and teaching over 2,000 students in China’s most prestigious culinary institutes, Mykola’s work reflects a rare blend of technical mastery, cultural intuition, and design sensibility.

Trained in French, Japanese, and modern European techniques, he is known for creating fusion dishes that are as thoughtful as they are unforgettable. Whether it’s a molecular reinterpretation of a childhood flavor or a multi-sensory tasting menu for an intimate gathering, every plate he creates is a transmutation of memory, culture, and innovation.
